In association with St. Johns Ambulance "Save a Life September" Compaign the team at Twinwheel Logistics recently welcomed BBC Breakfast to our Grays depot to tell the wonderful story of Mark and Paul.

Paul suffered a cardiac arrest and heart attack in March of this year, due to the recent first aid training, and fast actions of Mark along with an AED which we take pride in having on site, Mark was able to save Paul's life and allow them to tell their story on BBC Breakfast.

We urge not just companies but individuals to put themselves through some form of first aid training and encourage others to do so aswell, as you never know when you could need it, and who's life you could possibly save in the process.

Albeit a significant investment, we encourage companies to invest in sufficient First Aid Equipement and an AED, we would rather have it on site and never need it again, rather than have needed it, not had it and lost a life.
