Employee Insights Survey – Still Open!
Last month, we launched our Essex Workforce & Leadership Insights Report 2026, designed to help businesses understand what really matters to their people. We’re still gathering responses and will be sharing insights with participants in early 2026.
If you take part, you’ll receive the full survey which will be useful to benchmark your businesses progress and see how employee sentiment evolves over time - a real benefit for tracking engagement and retention.
There’s also an incentive for taking part - everyone who completes the survey will be entered into a prize draw!

Team Walk for Home-Start Essex
We recently took part in a sponsored walk for Home-Start Essex - a brilliant opportunity to bring our team (and all our dogs!) together for a great cause. It was also Emma’s first event back from maternity leave, and it was lovely to spend time outdoors, catching up and showing our support for families in our local community.

We’re now well into the new football season and proud to continue sponsoring Layer Colts Blues YFC. They’re in a competitive group this year, and we’re right behind them as they take on the challenges ahead with resilience, positivity, and teamwork - values that we’re proud to share here at WE Talent.
Home-Start Essex Christmas Campaign 2025
This year marks our fourth annual Christmas Gift Collection for Home-Start Essex - and we’re expanding to support Home-Start Colchester too!
We’re asking local businesses, teams, and individuals to donate new, unopened and unwrapped gifts and toys to bring some joy to families facing isolation, poverty, mental health challenges and other difficulties this Christmas. We’ll be collecting donations in late November, ready for Home-Start’s Christmas parties in early December. Your contribution - big or small - makes a real difference.
