Project Three Sixty Youth - Have you ever thought about giving someone a second chance?
SeeJobGroup are delighted to announce the launch of Project Three Sixty Youth, a diversionary pathway to move young people away from a life of crime. One impact of Covid-19 is that many young people will not have attained the grades expected, potentially ending their journey in education. This widens the risk of young people entering a life of crime, seeming like an easy way out to earn money without considering the wider consequences on their lives and that of others.
Criminal records can bring many challenges, including long-term unemployment, depression and anxiety issues, vulnerability and social exclusion leading to low confidence and motivation for change.
Project Three Sixty aims to address these multiple barriers, change the mind-set towards being successful and move each young person towards employment, training or education.
Dedicated coaches work with each young person to break down barriers and set realistic goals that are supported every step of the way, in turn, empowering each individual to create positive change and increase confidence and self-esteem. We take a holistic approach focusing on mindset, employability, health and fitness and creativity.
The Why: We believe there is always a reason why people end up in the situation they do
The How: We explore the why, we do not judge, we give people time and build trusted relationships to empower & raise aspiration
The What: We empower each person through one to one coaching and positive group activity to create change
We are looking for businesses to engage with SeeJobGroup to empower each young person to create the best chance of leading a positive, fulfilling and safe life.
Our CEO, Denise Rossiter looks forward to working with SeeJobGroup on Project Three Sixty and commented that every young person deserves a second chance especially under the circumstances these individuals find themselves in.
