HR Prime have had a number of good new stories this month, including – 

• Our Director, Tracey, being awarded Fellowship of the CIPD
• Securing funding to support Tendring based businesses with HR queries 
• Establishing a partnership to deliver funding within the charity sector 
• Being invited to attend the Tendring4Growth awards as finalists

CIPD Fellowship

Tracey has been a chartered member of the CIPD for over 15 years, and in July undertook her assessment to upgrade to Fellowship. Fellowship is the highest standard of membership, demonstrating experience, knowledge and commitment to the development of the people profession. In August, Tracey received notification that she is now a Fellow of the CIPD.

Tendring Business Support

We have secured funding from the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, to deliver funded HR support to businesses in the Tendring area. This support will include – 

• A series of drop-in sessions around the area (Clacton, Frinton, Thorpe, Brightlingsea, and Harwich), where businesses can drop-in to ask any HR questions or be updated on employment law changes
• A number of fully funded 4-week packages, to support businesses with any HR needs over that time
• During that time, we will also offer an HR audit, to identify any areas for focus going forward.

Charity Support

In partnership with Active Essex, we will be delivering a number of training sessions to organisations within the third sector, supporting with both staff and volunteer management.  Look out for further details if you work within this sector.

Tendring4Growth Awards

We are looking forward to attending the Tendring4Growth Awards on the 2nd October, where we are finalists for the Team of the Year category.
